TGF Store Return Policy

English Version:

At TGF, we aim to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a 3-day return policy, starting from the date of delivery.

Return Conditions:

1. The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
2. All original tags, manuals, and accessories must be included.
3. The product should not be a non-returnable item, such as perishable goods or hygiene products.

Return Process:

• To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@theglowfashion.com, 01331455869 within 3 days of receiving your order.
• After approval, you will receive instructions on how to return the product.
• The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective.

Refunds:

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.

TGF রিটার্ন পলিসিঃ

আমরা TGF-এ আপনার প্রতিটি কেনাকাটায় আপনার সম্পূর্ণ সন্তুষ্টি নিশ্চিত করতে চাই। যদি কোনো কারণে আপনি আপনার অর্ডারে সন্তুষ্ট না হন, তবে আমরা পণ্য ডেলিভারির তারিখ থেকে ৩(তিন) দিনের রিটার্ন পলিসি অফার করি।

রিটার্নের শর্তাবলী:

১. পণ্যটি অবশ্যই অব্যবহৃত, অক্ষত এবং তার আসল প্যাকেজিংয়ে থাকতে হবে। ২. সমস্ত মূল ট্যাগ, ম্যানুয়াল, এবং আনুষঙ্গিক সামগ্রী অন্তর্ভুক্ত থাকতে হবে। ৩. পণ্যটি অবশ্যই ফেরতযোগ্য হতে হবে; পচনশীল পণ্য বা স্বাস্থ্যবিধি পণ্যগুলির ক্ষেত্রে এই নীতি প্রযোজ্য নয়।

রিটার্ন প্রক্রিয়া:

• রিটার্ন শুরু করতে, অর্ডার প্রাপ্তির ৩(তিন) দিনের মধ্যে আমাদের গ্রাহক পরিষেবা দলের সাথে info@theglowfashion.com, 01331455869 এ যোগাযোগ করুন।
• অনুমোদনের পরে, আপনাকে পণ্য ফেরত দেওয়ার জন্য নির্দেশনা দেওয়া হবে।
• পণ্য ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত বা ত্রুটিপূর্ণ না হলে, গ্রাহককে রিটার্ন শিপিংয়ের খরচ বহন করতে হবে।

ফেরত:

• আমরা পণ্যটি গ্রহণ ও পরিদর্শন করার পর, আমরা আপনার ফেরত অনুমোদন বা প্রত্যাখ্যানের বিষয়ে আপনাকে জানাব।
• অনুমোদিত ফেরতগুলি ৭-১০ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে প্রক্রিয়া করা হবে।
