5. Returns and Refunds:
We accept returns and offer refunds for products that are defective or damaged upon delivery. To initiate a return, contact us within 3 days of receiving the product. Products must be returned in their original condition.

৫. রিটার্ন এবং রিফান্ড:
আমরা ডেলিভারির সময় ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত বা ত্রুটিপূর্ণ পণ্যের জন্য রিটার্ন গ্রহণ করি এবং রিফান্ড প্রদান করি। রিটার্ন শুরুর জন্য, পণ্য প্রাপ্তির ৩ (তিন) দিনের মধ্যে আমাদের সাথে যোগাযোগ করুন। পণ্যটি তার আসল অবস্থায় ফিরিয়ে দিতে হবে।

৬. দায় সীমাবদ্ধতা:
TGF এর পণ্য বা সেবা ব্যবহারের কারণে উদ্ভূত কোনও সরাসরি, পরোক্ষ, ঘটনা ঘটিত বা ফলস্বরূপ ক্ষতির জন্য দায়ী থাকবে না।
